Hypnos Loss of Sleep Herbal Tea
This calming herbal tea blend may help you fall into calm and restful sleep by easing tension in the nervous system, as well as in the physical body. Unwind with a cup of this tea in the evening as a lovely nighttime routine.

Mythology: In Greek mythology Hypnos was the personification of sleep. He lived in a cave so he couldn't see the rising or setting sun, nor the "lightsome" moon. At the entrance to the cave he had poppies and other hypnotic plants.
All Organic Ingredients: Chamomile, lemon balm, catnip, lavender, hops, calendula, and St. John's wort.
Brewing Instructions: Can be enjoyed cold or hot. 1-2 tablespoons makes a single serving, or brew all 2 oz. in a pot to make up to 3 gallons. Cover tea with hot water and steep for up to 30 minutes, depending on strength or flavor desired. Add honey if desired and enjoy!
If Brewing for Pets: Make a strong tea. Use 10 ml or less than 2.5 teaspoons of tea for every 30 lbs of weight, 2 x a day.
