Mythology: Heka was an ancient Egyptian deity associated with health and wellness. The god Heka was incorporated by practitioners into medicine - for the Egyptians, healing was seen as the province of the gods. In other words, medicine was magic, and so to honor Heka was one of several ways to bring about good health in someone who was ailing.
All Organic Ingredients: Catnip, Spearmint, Lemon Balm, Chamomile
Brewing Instructions: Can be enjoyed cold or hot. 1-2 tablespoons makes a single serving, or brew all 2 oz. in a pot to make up to 3 gallons. Cover tea with hot water and steep for up to 30 minutes, depending on strength or flavor desired. Add honey if desired and enjoy!
If Brewing for Pets: Make a strong tea. Use 10 ml or less than 2.5 teaspoons of tea for every 30 lbs of weight, 2 x a day.

Promotes emotional health, balances and calms the nervous system while supporting a healthy immune system. An excellent herb for children to help support the immune system and calming for day or before bed.*
CHAMOMILE (Matricaria recutita) - Gentle and soothing, this flower helps promote a healthy nervous system and overall relaxation. May be used to help calm during times of stress, gently encourage sleep and settle an upset stomach.*
